The problem
A family-run hill-country venue was answering wedding inquiries across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, phone calls they couldn't always pick up, and "contact us" emails. Leads slipped through the cracks every week. The family doesn't use spreadsheets — they use phones.
What I built
An editorial public site, a tequila-tasting product page, a lead chatbot that qualifies couples 24/7 (even when the phone rings unanswered), and a private mobile-first dashboard where the López family confirms inquiries, tracks bookings and reviews chatbot conversations.
The outcome
Every couple that visits the site lands in one queue the family actually checks. The chatbot pre-qualifies before the human steps in, so the family answers fewer messages and books more weddings.
